For many of us, a trip to a casino resort would not be the same without getting a great steak dinner. To get the best value for money steaks and seafood, it is worth checking out Simon AC at the Atlantic City Casino Club.

Simon AC is a classic restaurant, which has real quality meats that have been dry aged to give a very good flavor. But the big surprise here is the price, which is quite a bit cheaper than other casino restaurants for exactly the same quality. The restaurant also does well in terms of service.

Celebrity Corner Deli

This is one of those undiscovered gems on Atlantic City boardwalk, where you can get bargains on food and drink. This is very refreshing when you compare to places that will attract you with food bargains, only to find the drink prices are high. Not at Celebrity Corner Deli, though - here, drink bargains are to be had all day every day.

Out of the food at Celebrity Corner Deli, we loved the pound of shrimp with a pitcher of beer for just $13.99.

Hot Dogs

How can you resist a hot dog on the boardwalk when they can be had for just 99 cents? That's for the regular classic version, but even better, you can get a full 1/4 pound hot dog for just $1.99!

Buffets in Atlantic City

One of the best bargains in casinos through the country, not just atlantic City is the traditional buffet. It's great that AC has a good selection of buffets to choose from in the casinos.

Borgata Buffet

The best casino buffet in Atlantic City is generally thought to be at The Borgata. The food at the Borgata buffet is very fresh and the variety is by far the best in AC. They take care to replace food frequently, which is a great sign, if you are looking for the best quality, no matter what time of day you go.

Big hits at The Borgata buffet include an extraordinary mushroom ravioli, a mojo grilled chicken with mango salsa and a sugar-free gelato. The buffet even has sushi, which although being quite 'ricey', it very fresh and tastes good.

French Quarter Buffet

Another worthy mention should go to the French Quarter Buffet, which can be found on the upper level at The Showboat Casino

The French Quarter buffet really is the place to go if you love crab legs. It is worth checking to see that they have them on the day you plan to go, but if you love crab legs, this may be the best place in AC for you

Revel Buffet

It is surprising that the new Revel casino doesn't have a buffet, but expect it to happen in the not too distant future. If similar style casinos in Las Vegas, like the new ones in the City Center are anything to go by, then Revel will follow them and add a buffet at some stage.
