Only open for part of the week, in season, this beer garden is a must if it happens to be open when you are there. The atmosphere inside is very much 'party' in nature. Outside you can sit and sip your beer in a more peaceful setting, if you prefer.

The Beer Garden offers a good selection of craft brews at a bargain price.

The Beer Bar at Revel

Possibly the best selection of bottled beer in Atlantic City can be found at the new Revel Casino Hotel. The selection is huge and offers many unusual and interesting beers from microbreweries in the USA as well as from around the world.

The Bar at Harry's Seafood Restaurant

Some people might miss the fact that Harry's has an excellent bar. It's one of Atlantic City's secrets. Great selection of beers on tap, with happy hours and don;t miss out on their incredible pulled pork nachos!

BBs Bar at The Atlantic City Club Casino

Another hidden secret in AC is the bar at the Atlantic City Club Casino. It's situated upstairs with all of the restaurants, but gives you a classic american bar atmosphere, with a huge selection of brews on tap and some real bargains to be had during happy hour.

The Beer Bar at The Tropicana (Fire Waters Bar)

With over 50 beers on tap and a pretty good selection of bottles too. This bar is often described as the best place for beer in Atlantic City

I tried the Goose Island IPA brewed in Chicago. Very nice, albeit not the best value ($8 for what must have been 2/3 of a pint). Still, it refreshed the taste buds and set me up to explore the casino a little further.

Happy hours are frequent during the week, although you won't find one on a Saturday. Saturday is party day which means full priced beer.
